Request a Home Stay

Dear Musicians,

If you are interested in staying with a host family at any point during the season please complete the questionnaire below. All housing is on a first-come, first served basis, based on availability. Please note, we are only able to offer housing for musicians, and are unable to accommodate requests for spouses, partners, guests, or pets.

If you are requesting housing for more than one concert set, please submit a new request for each week individually.

Notes for musicians:

  • Please be considerate and provide an approximate arrival time to your hosts if you will not be heading to your host family directly from rehearsal/concert

  • Once you have been assigned a host family, please make sure to communicate and confirm your arrangements with your hose by email and/or phone. Please remember some of our hosts prefer communications by phone.
