Gallo Center for the Arts Ticket Office is the Modesto Symphony Orchestra’s official authorized ticket purchase point.
You can purchase tickets for MSO’s concerts in any of the following ways:
Online on the Gallo Center for the Arts web site or by browsing our Concerts page and clicking on the 'Event Date' link for the desired concert.

In-person at the Gallo Center for the Arts Ticket Office

Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm & Saturday Noon to 6pmIf orders are received less than one week prior to a concert, tickets will be held at Will Call.
Orders are filled on a date received basis.
Please allow two weeks for delivery of tickets.
Refunds may not be made after seats have been purchased.

Student Tickets are available for select MSO concerts by visiting the Gallo Center Ticket Office in-person with a valid student ID. Prices may vary per concert. Students may purchase two tickets per order. Prices include $3/ticket Gallo Center for the Arts facility fee.

For all MSO shows presented at the Gallo Center: Groups of 10 or more save 15% off tickets.
For Picnic at the Pops!: Groups of 10 or more save 20% off General Lawn Seating tickets.
For Holiday Candlelight Concert: Groups of 10 or more save 15% off tickets.

Exchanges can be made in person, by mail, or over the phone with the Gallo Center for the Arts Ticket Office with a $3 exchange fee.
MSO Subscribers can exchange their tickets without having to pay the Gallo Center for the Arts exchange fee.
All exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the show date being returned.
The exchange also has to be made between MSO concerts and season of the original tickets purchased.
If the new performance selection should have a higher ticket price, the patron will pay the additional sum of money. If the new performance selection has a lower ticket price, there will be no refund for the price difference.

Ticket Exchanges: MSO Subscribers unable to attend on a particular date can exchange their tickets up to 24 hours in advance of the performance date being returned. If the new performance selection should have a higher ticket price, the patron will pay the additional sum of money. If the new performance selection has a lower ticket price, there will be no refund for the price difference.
Unable to Use Your Tickets? Please call the Gallo Center Ticket Office (209-338-2100) as far in advance as possible (up to one hour prior to the performance) to offer your tickets for resale. Their value is a tax-deductible contribution to the Modesto Symphony Orchestra.

You can redeem your promo code on the Gallo Center for the Arts website on any event page.
Before you select your seats, enter your promo code. The promo code box is located just under the main navigation menu on the Calendar webpage. Type your promo code then click 'Submit'. A valid promo code will then be displayed in the box. Find your event in the Calendar/Listing of events by date, then complete the transaction to apply your discount.
Please note: Promo codes will not be accepted if you already added events to your shopping cart so please purchase those non-discounted events first, or, empty your cart items before entering a promo code. Promo codes will adjust prices only for discounted events, and will display only the discounted events within the Calendar and Listing webpages. All other events will not display.
If you want to view all (non-discounted) events after you've entered a promo code, click the 'Reset' link that appears next to the promo code box. This will remove the promo, refresh the webpage, and then display all of our regularly priced events.

Donations & Payments
The Modesto Symphony Orchestra website provides the convenience of online donations. MSO has engaged the services of iDonate, an online donation platform, to process all online donations.
Refund Policy
You hereby acknowledge and agree that, for all donations/payment transactions, (1) you will not use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card or other payment method; (2) all donations/payment transactions are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding any payment transaction, please contact us by phone at 209.523.4156 or by email at info@modestosymphony.org.
Cancellation
A donation may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.
Complaints
Any complaints about donations/payment processing may be sent to our staff: info@modestosymphony.org or 209.523.4156. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

Privacy Policy
Modesto Symphony Orchestra (MSO) values your participation and support and is committed to protecting your privacy. MSO is further committed to providing a safe environment for anyone who visits, volunteers, or makes a donation.
Modesto Symphony Orchestra maintains strict donor information privacy policies. We take great care to ensure that unauthorized persons do not compromise your information.
Modesto Symphony Orchestra does not trade, share, or sell your personal information to any organization or individual, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. We will not divulge personal information to any other organization or individual other than that necessary to transact, fulfill and or account for donations that you have authorized.
Modesto Symphony Orchestra may use your phone number if we need to verify information or to thank you for your contribution, ask for your opinion, request your assistance, or invite you to a special event.

When you make a donation, Modesto Symphony Orchestra may ask you for your name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number, as well as other relevant information.

Modesto Symphony Orchestra uses non-identifying basic information (aggregate data), on occasion, to share with sponsors, partners, other third-party vendors, or for internal marketing purposes to encourage fundraising.
Modesto Symphony Orchestra uses personally identifiable information you provide about yourself: a) to respond to your questions or comments about MSO services; b) to process your donation, verify your credit card and send you a tax-deductible receipt; c) confirm a donation; d) to thank you; and e) to send you additional information about MSO programs, services and needs that we believe will interest you.
Modesto Symphony Orchestra may disclose to third parties aggregate statistics (e.g., total number of donors, total amount of donations for specific periods, average gift size, and total number of volunteers for specific projects or events). These statistics will not include any personally identifying information.
Modesto Symphony Orchestra will not use personal information in any way other than described in this policy. MSO requires employees, agents and contractors who have access to personal information to protect information consistent with this privacy policy.

Opt out
If you prefer not to receive any mail or email correspondence from us, please send us your request to be removed from all mailing lists with your full name, address, phone number and email address. Modesto Symphony Orchestra's transaction handling policies allow you to make safe donations, whether in person, by phone, by mail, or online. Cash, check, or credit card transactions are handled so as to ensure complete donor information confidentiality. Third parties handle MSO’s online credit card verification process. These organizations require your name, address, credit card number, and expiration date to process your transaction. Their state-of- the-art firewalls and encryption technology offer the highest level of security to ensure the confidentiality of your transaction. MSO and our third party vendors will not use your information for any purpose outside of these necessary processes.

The security measures we take may not prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of information. Modesto Symphony Orchestra is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to such security failures. Unauthorized third parties may access data and communications, including email, when communicated via the Internet. The Modesto Symphony Orchestra web site includes links to other web sites. MSO cannot ensure the privacy practices of other such sites.
