About this Performance
The Modesto Symphony Orchestra will kick off their 96th Season with a powerful performance of resilience and triumph. Valerie Coleman’s Seven O’Clock Shout, a moving tribute to human connection through isolation, will be followed by Rachmaninoff’s heartachingly beautiful Piano Concerto No. 2 featuring soloist Janice Carissa. The program concludes with Beethoven’s groundbreaking and triumphant Symphony. No. 5.
