Composed in Vienna in 1791 and left unfi nished at the time of his death, Mozart's Requiem is one of the most mysterious pieces of music ever composed. A piece not heard by the Modesto Symphony Orchestra audience in over 20 years, the Requiem stirs intense emotion in listeners and performers alike.
